Administration
Within the property division, administration plays a key role in the organisation of key project documents both archive and live.
Due to the nature of work; involving the collation of various mediums such as surveys and architectural/floor plan drawings, file management must be systematic and accessible.
Project files are kept hard copy and can be accessed by members of the project and asset management team. Live projects can be accessed after notifying the relevant project manager.
Surveys are filed for all schools and are available for quick reference. Copies are kept at the trust and at the relevant schools where survey work has been carried out. Files are also held electronically and updated on the AMP database to facilitate effective data management. Financial data and invoices are processed electronically. Data is recorded, and transferred to the finance section at the trust and the London Borough of Hackney. |
