The scheme for Financing schools is a legal document drawn up under Section 48 of the Education Act, governing the financial relationship between the schools, The Learning Trust and the London Borough of Hackney. Unless the scheme is revised under direction of the DfES, any revisions to the scheme must be consulted upon, and approved by the Secretary of State before they can be enforced. |
