   Documents distributed to schools and governors to support schools’ work in promoting race equality.
     List of Approved Ethnic codes
   The LEA and schools in Hackney must collect and record pupil's ethnic information by using the following codes for the extended categories. This list has been developed in line with DfES requirements and in consultation with London Borough of Hackney.

Racist Incidents
Reports on school monitoring of racist incidents
Information from the Racist Incident Monitoring Form is compiled into a report which is then distributed to schools. This report includes information and ideas for schools in their equalities work.
  Individual racist incident report form
The individual Racist Incident Report Form is provided as an example for schools' use to record individual incidents.
  Racist monitoring form
The Racist Incident Monitoring Form is used by schools to report racist incidents involving pupils or adults. This information is requested by The Learning Trust termly.
Guidance for schools on dealing with racist incidents
  A handbook for schools including information to develop policies and practical guidance on dealing with racist incidents.
